Plant is designed, erected, installed and commissioned as per internationally accepted standards and best practices. Key performance parameters of the Plant are as under:

- 2 × Siemens Westinghouse Gas Turbines (W251 B11, USA) – 48 MW each
- 1 × Siemens Westinghouse Steam Turbine (SC 28, USA) – 74 MW
- Dual-Pressure HRSGs supplied by Alborg, Canada
- 132 kV Switchyard supplied by Alstom, France

Net Power Plant Efficiency : 43.5 %
